I’m an evidence-based strength and mobility coach currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science. I work with runners and athletes to build resilient bodies, reduce pain, and improve long-term performance through structured strength and mobility training.
I’ve coached a wide range of individuals from competitive athletes and recreational runners to teenagers and older adults, helping them move better, train with confidence, and return to pain-free activity.
Outside of coaching, I play rugby and run regularly, which gives me firsthand insight into the physical demands of training, performance, and injury prevention
